About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its strategic, collaborative, and industry-facing coalition. The successful candidate will serve as the strategic integrator, ensuring alignment of purpose, vision, and guiding principles across all member organizations. This role is pivotal in maintaining a disciplined execution of high-impact strategic tracks, facilitating cross-organizational collaboration, and upholding a safe, candid, and non-competitive environment for strategic dialogue. The Executive Director will be responsible for the coalition's operations, including project management, and will play a key role in the development and sustainability of the organization. Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a strong background in leading complex, cross-organizational work, with a focus on strategy, execution, and relationship management. High emotional intelligence, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset are essential. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in influencing without direct authority, managing multi-stakeholder collaborations, and maintaining a focus on shared strategic priorities. Experience in healthcare, particularly in transformation initiatives or provider-related problem spaces, is highly valued. The ideal candidate will be adept at facilitation, communication, and synthesis, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and sustain momentum over time.
