Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Perform general express technician services as required
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicle automotive systems, including flushes and oil changes
• Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
• Explain mechanical diagnoses and necessary repairs to service advisors and customers
• Attend formal training sessions to learn new technical information and techniques to stay current with rapidly changing technology

Requirements:

• Compliance with the company's uniform policy
• Auto repair experience is preferred but not required
• Dealership service department experience is preferred but not required
• Being team-oriented, flexible, and committed to providing excellent customer service
• Having a working knowledge of shop equipment
• Must provide own tools
• Holding a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Demonstrating a strong work ethic
• Ability to work well with others
• Being flexible with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
