Operator, Aseptic Filling (Day Shift)

Overview Lilly is entering an exciting period of growth and we are committed to delivering innovative medicines to patients. This role supports the start-up activities required to bring the Parenteral (PAR) area into service during the project phase and, after the project phase, ensures continuous supply by operating the process, troubleshooting, and collaborating cross-functionally with a safety-first, quality-always mindset. Responsibilities During the project phase, support start-up activities required to bring the area into service, which may include formulation, aseptic isolator barrier filling, and visual inspection. Become the area expert and educate the team in proper operation of the facility. After project completion, ensure continuous supply of medicines by expertly running the process, troubleshooting, and collaborating cross-functionally while upholding safety and quality standards. Support daily activities to meet capacity plans and contribute to the growth of the site’s capabilities. As a site leader and expert, pursue growth into future leadership and technical roles. Basic Requirements Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED Must pass a fitness-for-duty physical exam Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship provided) Must pass a vision exam and be free of color blindness Must have 20/20 or better corrected near vision Must be able to work a 2-2-3 schedule Additional Skills / Preferences Ability to work overtime as required Ability to wear safety equipment (glasses, shoes, gloves, etc.) Ability to work and gown in a cleanroom (Grade C, ISO 8) environment Ability to participate in professional development opportunities (e.g., team coursework) Effective communication (electronic, written, and verbal); strong problem-solving skills Flexibility to troubleshoot and triage challenges Computer proficiency (MS Office); knowledge of SAP and electronic batch records is a plus Leadership ability to train and educate team members STEM degree or certifications preferred Experience with aseptic filling, single-use assemblies, isolator technology, and automated/semiautomated/manual inspection Knowledge of CGMPs and experience in manufacturing environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Initial Therapeutics, Inc.
