Are you an experienced HVAC/R Technician who takes pride in diagnosing problems, delivering quality workmanship, and providing outstanding customer service? We're looking for a Lead HVAC/R Technician who can work independently, mentor others when needed, and help maintain the high standards our customers expect.

You'll work on a variety of residential and light commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment while enjoying steady, year-round work with a company that values integrity, teamwork, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, heat pumps, package units, and refrigeration equipment
• Repair and maintain walk-in coolers and freezers
• Perform equipment installations, replacements, and system upgrades
• Complete preventative maintenance and inspections
• Clearly communicate findings and repair options with customers
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
• Participate in an on-call rotation

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of HVAC/R service experience
• EPA Refrigerant Certification required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
