Senior Recruitment Lead - Remote, High-Impact Hiring

Role & Responsibilities We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Industry Lead / Manager / Sr. Manager to own and deliver recruitment mandates across key clients. This role involves end-to-end ownership of mandates, client engagement, and team contribution , along with building strong industry networks and driving high-quality closures. Recruiting for and closing mandates given by client with support of seniors / independently Plan & execute the client deliverables. Deliver consistently on individual recruitment targets and team goals Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationship management Understand client requirements deeply and translate them into effective hiring strategies for Mid to top management hiring, Niche hiring Should have an excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional recruitment channels. Mentor and guide junior team members/recruiters Strong hands on head hunting experience required.
