Dan is de functie van Service Engineer wellicht iets voor jou. Onze Service afdeling bestaat uit 2 Service Engineers en is verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van collega’s in de vestigingen van Holland Casino. Deze ondersteuning is gericht op de werking van alle voorkomende speltechnische apparatuur en producten/systemen van Gaming Support. De Service Engineer geeft technisch advies en overlegt met de leverancier(s). Deze “service calls” nemen ongeveer 70% van de functie in beslag. De overige tijd wordt besteed aan werkzaamheden zoals productregistratie, distribueren en begeleiden van updates, dongle en license files, het updaten van de technische informatie, het geven van instructies en het organiseren van trainingen. Er kunnen ook werkzaamheden in de Holland Casino vestigingen voorkomen. Je geeft technisch advies en support bij vragen van de Field Engineers in de HC vestigingen, eventueel in overleg met de leverancier van de betreffende apparatuur. Je verwerkt alle gegevens op formulieren en rapporteert middels een urenverantwoording, rapportages en verslagen. Je doet voorstellen ter verbetering of ten behoeve van het vernieuwen van procedures. Je levert een bijdrage aan het beleid inzake procedures en werkwijzen. Wat vragen wij van de Service Engineer? MTS Electronica of een daaraan gelijkwaardige opleiding. Ervaring in een gelijksoortige functie of als Field Engineer is een pré. Brede kennis van elektronica en elektrotechniek. Kennis van PC-hardware. Kennis van TCP/IP netwerken. Goede kennis van Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. Je bent servicegericht en dienstverlenend. Je bent communicatief en sociaal vaardig. Je bent inventief en creatief.
