About the Role The People & Talent Specialist helps create a great experience for both candidates and teammates. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, teammate support, and engagement activities while serving as a trusted People & Culture resource for office and production teammates. You'll work closely with leaders across the organization to attract great talent, support new hires, strengthen teammate engagement, and help improve People & Culture processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping others, staying organized, and making a positive impact on the workplace. What You'll Do Manage recruiting activities from sourcing through offer acceptance. Screen candidates and coordinate interviews. Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Build talent pipelines for key positions. Partner with hiring managers to fill open roles efficiently. Help improve recruiting processes and reduce time‑to‑fill. Coordinate onboarding activities for new teammates. Facilitate New Hire Orientation and onboarding communications. Ensure new hires are prepared for a successful first day. Partner with leaders to create a positive onboarding experience. Gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement. Serve as a day-to-day People & Culture resource. Support office and production teammates with questions and requests. Assist with teammate recognition, celebrations, and engagement initiatives. Build relationships and maintain a visible presence throughout the facility. Help create a positive and inclusive workplace culture. People Operations Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems. Assist with HR administration and People & Culture processes. Support compliance and document management activities. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Identify opportunities to improve People & Culture processes. Use technology and AI‑enabled tools to improve efficiency and consistency. Analyze teammate feedback and trends to support decision‑making. Contribute ideas that improve the teammate and candidate experience. Required Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish. 2–4 years of experience in recruiting, Human Resources, talent acquisition, or a related field. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Excellent organization and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting both office and frontline/production teammates. Experience with Paycor or other HRIS systems. Experience with onboarding, employee engagement, or People Operations. Experience using technology, automation, or AI tools to improve processes.
