Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with eligibility to practice in California
• Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to write and manage IEPs
• Comfortable working across multiple school sites (2-4)
• Collaborative, adaptable, and invested in student growth

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 55-60 K-8th grade students
• Develop, implement, and document IEPs
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings
• Participate in school site events
• Work Monday-Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, with COTA support
• Deliver evidence-based OT services to support student success
• Contracted on a trimester basis (August-November, November-January, January-end of year)
