Senior HRBP, Cognigy

We are seeking a confident HR Business Partner to provide a full range of HR support and leadership to a hugely strategic, critical line of business: Customer Service Automation. This role will be a part of a fun, passionate, and dynamic global HR team. The position is both a strategic and hands‑on role, which includes driving culture, designing organizations for maximum impact, leading change management, providing leadership coaching, and driving HR functional excellence. The ideal candidate can effectively interact with business leaders at all levels, possesses excellent communication skills and strong business acumen, and works effectively across global locations. The role will also likely serve as project leader for one of many NICE global initiatives. How will you make an impact? Work with senior management and the HR team to develop and implement HR plans and solutions Partner with the Director of Human Resources and the business on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and all other relevant HR processes Develop extensive change‑management plans, including design and execution, and perform PMI work on acquisitions in multiple stages of integration Provide management coaching to front‑line managers and senior leaders Assess the business unit’s training needs and conduct 1:1 and group training sessions as appropriate Review and analyze business metrics, including data on retention and employee experience, to recommend actions or changes Consult with business and Finance on headcount planning and reporting, ensuring deep understanding of headcount management and movement Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions, and job re‑leveling Work with front‑line managers and employees to address sensitive employee‑relations issues, fairly representing all interests Work with business groups to assess, create, and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee‑engagement initiatives within the client group Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment within the organization, including candidate assessment, supporting internal mobility, and ensuring compliance with processes and procedures Have you got what it takes? The ability to understand business goals and recommend approaches to help the business reach them through their people Focus on how to help the business achieve their desired outcomes within the structure of a larger organization The ability to think big and also get in the details Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a rapid and complex work environment Drive employee engagement to impact business results Bias for smart action and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Positivity Communication skills – convey messaging from senior leaders to employees Excellent organizational skills Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Communications or related technical fields or equivalent work experience 5–8 years’ experience as a Business Partner Resiliency, critical‑thinking skills, and the ability to work in an ever‑changing environment Ability to balance the strategic side of an HRBP role with detailed work like headcount tracking and planning Basic knowledge of employment law You will have an advantage if you also have: Experience within a start‑up environment and/or tech environment Experience working with a global team / matrix setting Experience assessing management and executive talent What’s in it for you?
