Commercial Litigation Associate - San Francisco/Oakland Posted on April 30, 2026 Responsibilities Working on all aspects of commercial litigation from inception through trial and appeal Conducting legal research and writing memoranda Drafting complex case analyses and preparing briefs, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents Conducting, propounding, and responding to discovery (documents, written discovery, depositions) Working with clients, witnesses, experts and other counsel Compensation and Benefits Pursuant to California law, the salary range for this position will be $280,000 to $345,000 based on experience and location. Based on years of experience, Dentons associates may have a title of Associate, Managing Associate, or Senior Managing Associate.
