Senior Litigation Associate

Senior Litigation Attorney (Employment Law) Hybrid | Bay Area A respected California-based law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with strong employment law experience to join its growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated litigation matters while working in a collegial, supportive environment with a sustainable billable requirement. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, law and motion, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation Handle employment-related litigation and advisory matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims Represent public and private entity clients in employment and labor matters Conduct or oversee workplace investigations and prepare findings and recommendations Draft and review employment policies, handbooks, and compliance materials Prepare and argue writs of mandate and administrative appeals Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective litigation strategies Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys as needed Qualifications JD from an accredited law school 7+ years of litigation experience , with a strong focus on employment law Solid knowledge of California and federal employment and labor laws Experience working with public entities is a plus, but not required Trial, writ, and appellate experience preferred Excellent writing, advocacy, and client‑management skills Billable requirement: 1,700 hours Benefits & Compensation Salary range: $220,000–$235,000 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with 3% employer match Perks: Tuesday–Thursday in‑office schedule with lunch provided Interested candidates are encouraged to apply for confidential consideration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
