We are accepting applications for a full-time Contracts Coordinator.The Contracts Coordinator will support administrative and operational responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle, including contract preparation, document routing, project setup, insurance documentation, vendor records, compliance tracking, and electronic file management. This position serves as a coordination point between project teams, internal departments, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, insurance partners, and external agencies.We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Contracts Coordinator to support contract workflows, project documentation, and compliance activities across our Team of Companies.
