Are you passionate about real estate and dedicated to creating exceptional client experiences? We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Specialist to guide clients through every stage of the property search and transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

Keep property listings accurate, current, and complete
Evaluate local market activity and identify developing trends
Assist clients in finding properties aligned with their goals, requirements, and preferences
Negotiate transaction terms and help clients navigate the closing process
Manage transaction details with accuracy, organization, and efficiency

Responsibilities

Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
Work alongside sales agents to navigate their clients through property showings
Provide detailed, written feedback to help refine or confirm clients' search criteria
Develop and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
Allocate a minimum of 10 hours per week to generating leads
Participate in weekly script practice sessions in alignment with team standards
Engage in team activities and uphold team standards
Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
Utilize PLACE Technology for task and activity management

Qualifications

You are energized by a people-first environment and excel in building and maintaining professional relationships. With a keen focus on supporting others and personal growth within the real estate industry and leadership roles, you are the ideal candidate.

Adept at identifying clients' needs and pairing them with the right properties
Keen to learn and grow
Motivated, with a proven track record of success
Possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent
Licensed in real estate

Real Estate License required to join the team (but not to apply).
