HIRING FOR JANUARY CLASS
MVP Sales Representatives sell advertising packages on behalf of USA TODAY Special Edition's to local, regional and national companies throughout the country to C-level executives at mid-large size companies and small business owners. Expectation is to develop new business and grow accounts across our diverse portfolio of publications.
Compensation & Benefits
Our Inside Advertising Sales Representatives receive starting annual compensation of $60,000 , with uncapped commissions that allow top performers to earn substantially more.
We also offer a competitive benefits package that includes:

Key Responsibilities
- Sell advertising space and marketing solutions via phone and virtual meetings
- Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls
- Build rapport and long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Present advertising options clearly, confidently, and professionally
- Close new business and upsell existing clients
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity in the CRM system
- Relationship Building
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and phone presence
- Comfortable conducting business entirely over the phone and online
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, inside sales environment
