Email Marketing Manager

We're hiring a Channel Campaign Manager – Email to support a leading financial services client. This role is ideal for marketing professionals with hands‑on experience building, auditing, and deploying commercial email campaigns using enterprise Email Service Providers (ESP). You'll partner with cross‑functional marketing teams to execute data‑driven campaigns in a fast‑paced Agile environment. Must-Have Skills 2+ years of hands‑on Email Campaign Management experience Experience building and deploying commercial email campaigns Strong knowledge of HTML/Web Page Building 2+ years working with an ESP such as: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Responsys PCM/Harmony Experience with Audience Segmentation , List Selection, and Data Auditing Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools Consumer Financial Services, Credit Card, or Retail Marketing experience Strong understanding of campaign testing, approvals, and deployment Experience with Change Management and stakeholder communication Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint) Build, test, audit, and deploy email marketing campaigns using enterprise ESP platforms. Manage audience segmentation, file selection, and campaign execution to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Partner with marketing stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to support campaign planning and execution. Perform creative, data, and QA validation prior to campaign launches. Track campaign workflow and project status using project management tools. Analyze campaign execution results and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Support Agile marketing operations while ensuring compliance with campaign governance and documentation standards.
