Continuous Improvement Manager

The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for leading operational excellence initiatives across a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on driving process improvements, increasing productivity, enhancing quality and safety performance, reducing costs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The position partners with cross‑functional teams to implement Lean and continuous improvement methodologies while supporting overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with organizational goals. Identify, prioritize, and lead process improvement initiatives that drive measurable business results. Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Standard Work, and other operational excellence methodologies. Facilitate continuous improvement projects, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives. Analyze manufacturing and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Manage a portfolio of improvement and capital projects, ensuring successful execution and sustainability. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project effectiveness and operational performance. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement solutions that improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance. Support change management efforts and help build a culture centered on continuous improvement. Maintain compliance with applicable quality, safety, and operational standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field. Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process improvement methodologies. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
