Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health As an RN with Interim HealthCare, you’ll have the opportunity to provide personalized, skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes while working alongside a supportive healthcare team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition Provide skilled nursing care according to the patient’s individualized plan of care Administer medications and treatments as ordered Provide wound care and other skilled nursing services as needed Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and ongoing care Communicate with physicians, caregivers, and other members of the healthcare team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Recognize and report changes in a patient’s condition Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in the home setting QUALIFICATIONS: Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license Current CPR/BLS certification Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication and documentation skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Dependable, professional, and compassionate Ability to work independently in a home care environment Home health experience is a PLUS!
