1.0FTE Full-Time Surgical Retina Ophthalmologist – Physician Opening San Diego, California Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group: Multi-specialty group of 800+ Providers Position Details Salary Range: $380K-$623K+ salary includes productivity/bonuses. Compensation is subject to the individual department/division compensation plans. 4‑day workweek schedule Average patient load is 25-30 patients per clinic day New consults / Follow‑Ups / Post‑Ops Office‑based surgery / minor procedures Practice will focus on surgical retina and medical retina patients After‑hours call is shared with 2 other surgical retina physicians User‐friendly work schedule with excellent support staff and collegial work environment If fellow, will be required to become board certified within first two years of employment
