We have an exciting opportunity for an Estimator located in Appleton, WI. How You Will Contribute Lead the estimating of all facets of mechanical construction across a wide range of vertical markets for projects throughout Northeast Wisconsin. Produce timely, accurate, and concise estimates that meet the specifications and customer requirements of all projects. Estimate design build and plan specification mechanical projects; identify needed labor, material, and schedule requirements; collect and analyze job bid information; compute cost; present finalized estimates. Utilize Trimble Autobid software for estimating the projects; work in Microsoft Excel and BlueBeam. Collaborate with customers and members at all levels of the organization to provide top‑notch customer service and identify areas for improvement. Act as an instrumental team member in a team‑oriented environment. What You Need To Qualify Ahern will help make the most of your previous 3+ years of experience, minimum, in a mechanical, municipal or industrial construction environment combined with a post‑secondary education from an applicable program. Experience working in Trimble AutoBid or other estimating software, a solid background in Microsoft Excel and a strong proficiency in reading blueprints will be crucial for this role. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to execute tasks with great detail will be essential.
