Job description: Job Details Job Title: Licensing Compliance Specialist Location: Boca Raton, FL 33487 Work Type: Hybrid Duration: 6-Month Contract with Possible Extension Pay Rate: $29/hour (W2) Key Responsibilities Manage state, county, and city contractor and business license applications from submission through issuance. Research and interpret licensing laws, regulations, and code changes to ensure compliance. Serve as the primary liaison with licensing agencies and regulatory authorities. Coordinate bonds, insurance certificates, W-9s, license fees, background checks, fingerprints, and other licensing documentation. Support Operations, Legal Counsel, and leadership with licensing compliance matters. Assist with vendor registrations and licensing-related projects. Coordinate payment requests with the Accounts Payable team. Maintain accurate licensing records and documentation. Required Qualifications Combination of 4 years of higher education and/or relevant work experience. Minimum 2 years of licensing, regulatory compliance, or related experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. High attention to detail and integrity. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Associate Degree or Paralegal Studies Certification. Paralegal experience.
