Senior Business Functional Analyst (Capital Market)We are seeking a Senior Business Functional Analyst for a techno-functional role within Enterprise Capital Management Technology (ECMT). This position supports the Capital Management function within Corporate Treasury and involves a greenfield project to replace legacy applications. The role will contribute to building and adopting capabilities for data ingestion, rules authoring, and analytics while working on critical regulatory programs like Basel IV and FRTB.Location: Jersey City, NJ | Charlotte, NC | Plano, TX (Onsite)Required Qualifications10+ years of professional experience, with at least 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.Good knowledge of SQL programming, preferably with databases such as Oracle Exadata.Programming experience with Python or Java/.Net; the ability to read and understand Python code is required.Deep understanding of Capital Markets with a focus on Credit Risk, Market Risk, or Capital calculations.Understanding of regulations within the Capital Markets space (e.g., Basel, CRR, CRD IV).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and a self-starter approach, with an ability to identify risks and issues and suggest improvements.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of Big Data Architectures and Cloud computing.Knowledge of machine-learning techniques, classifiers, and statistical methods.Excellent communication skills.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
