Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at SharpLane Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse patient population facing various mental health challenges. Our clients include individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders, among other issues. You will be instrumental in delivering culturally competent care that respects each client's background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

  A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  A current and valid mental health license in the state of Texas, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

  A minimum of two years of related clinical experience in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by the opportunity for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Additional benefits include:
