Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst will support the day-to-day operational functions of the firm, driving efficiency and process improvements across teams. You will work cross-functionally to streamline workflows and ensure smooth business operations. Responsibilities Analyze and improve operational processes and workflows Support project management and cross-functional initiatives Build and maintain reporting dashboards for operational KPIs Coordinate with technology, finance, and compliance teams Assist in vendor management and procurement activities Document standard operating procedures and best practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in operations, consulting, or analytics Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools Excellent organizational and project management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Experience with process improvement methodologies is a plus Interested in this role?
