Athletics Travel Manager, NCAA Ground Transportation

The Ground Transportation Account Manager will primarily source, contract, and manage motorcoach transportation for the Anthony Travel/On Location NCAA Ground Transportation program. The role requires a passion for sports, transportation, and event management, strong customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Solicit, review, and confirm motorcoach quotes. Maintain proactive vendor communication. Manage numerous concurrent trip needs and communications. Provide 24/7 support during select time periods. Create excellent collaboration and communication with all partners in the program. Oversee post‑trip invoice completion and resolve discrepancies. Perform other duties as needed. Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment. Positive attitude and a strong team‑oriented mindset. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, partners, and representing Anthony Travel. Preferred: 2+ years of experience in operations, travel, or ground transportation environments. Travel Requirements Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule. Available to travel for work, which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays. This position will require less than 10% travel. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Hiring Rate Minimum: $45,000 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds). Hiring Rate Maximum: $60,000 annually. Benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) plan.
