Key Qualifications:

• Active South Carolina Psychologist License required
• Experience in K-12 educational settings, specifically as a School Psychologist or Special Education Teacher
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local policies regarding special education
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to engage with diverse student populations, staff, and families
• Ability to provide onsite support (remote work is not available for this assignment)

What You Will Do:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments in compliance with legal and district standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct support to students, including counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Consult with teachers and families to provide strategies for academic and behavioral growth
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in ongoing professional meetings
