Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.We Love Our Work.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdditional responsibilities may be assigned as needed:Administers, supervises, and trains Slot Department personnel during assigned shiftsEnsures all team members follow proper procedures and operational standardsResolves guest disputes escalated beyond subordinate team membersEnforces safety policies and reports any hazards or violationsCoordinates with Security to prevent cheating or damage to slot machinesCollaborates with other casino departments to support guest service initiativesProvides guidance and instruction to staff for optimal performanceEnsures compliance with Title 31 Gaming Regulations within the Slot DepartmentResponsible for hiring and terminating Slot team membersDelivers courteous and professional service to staff and guestsPerforms additional duties as assignedBring Us Your Best.Qualification RequirementsMust be at least 21 years of ageMinimum of 5 years of management-level experience in Slot Operations, including supervisory responsibilitiesBasic understanding of slot machines and electronic gaming equipmentBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication in EnglishEffective collaboration with staff and management across departmentsCompetent in basic and intermediate math functionsThorough knowledge of company and departmental policies, procedures, and standardsProfessional, confident, and well-groomed presentationWorking knowledge of all supervised positions and associated skill setsAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationFamiliarity with computer systems and operational softwareCertificates, Licenses, RegistrationsMust qualify for all licensing and permit requirements as mandated by federal, state, and local regulationsValid Alcohol Awareness Card requiredStay In The Game.
