The BI-Lingual Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support to a small team, utilizing fluency in Spanish and English to facilitate effective communication. This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, and supporting daily office operations with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment without the need for travel or after-hours work.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate bilingual communication (Spanish-English) within the team and with external contacts
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting support
- Perform accurate data entry and document management
- Handle customer support and phone inquiries efficiently
- Organize files and maintain correspondence
- Support preparation and distribution of meeting materials
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in Spanish and English (bilingual fluency required)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail
