Lynch Ford of Mukwonago is looking for an experienced Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations within the Sales Department. This individual will be responsible for motivating and developing the sales staff to build relationships with businesses throughout the United States, while promoting the convenience and resources that Lynch has to offer. The optimum goal of the Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager is to foster a positive work environment, while going above and beyond expectations to deliver a high quality, top-notch customer experience.

Health Insurance, covering 100% preventative care, starting at $140/month for single coverage and $570/month for family coverage
$0 copay through an independent clinic for Lynch Health Plan participants.
401K with a company match of $0.30 cents on the dollar up to 5%, plus a fiscal year end discretionary match that in previous years was an additional 1.5%.

Requirements:

Make independent judgments regarding critical business decisions
Identify business opportunities and suggest improvements
Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal, planning, and communication skills
Knowledge of the Commercial/Automotive Vehicle business is desired
Proficient with Microsoft product and able to build Google document reports

Responsibilities

Supervise the daily activities of the sales personnel
Interview, hire, train, and promotes employees to support store operations and company growth
Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
Plan, organize, coordinate, and measure Sales Department activities
Assist sales team with valuing trade-ins, appraisals, closings, and deliveries
Utilize reports, analyze information, and monitor trends to identify opportunities within the business
