Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness! As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave, we are in search of knowledgeable and committed Pickleball Coordinators who are enthusiastic about helping participants at adult leagues and social play programs.

What you'll do:

• Organize, set up, and operate Pickleball programs, including Adult Social Plays and DUPR Leagues
• Greet and welcome participants and guests
• Ensure each session is safe, organized, and enjoyable for participants
• Log and report data for growth and improvement of programs
• Participate in staff meetings and training

• Availability to work 2-3 days per week, including weekday evenings and Friday nights
• An enthusiastic, energetic, and positive personality!
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience working in sports environments and knowledge of Pickleball rules and game formats
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen, engage, and include all types of participants
• A strong work ethic that includes punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
• The ability to multitask and work well under pressure
