Growing together.The Oracle AI Agent Studio Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and supporting AI-powered solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, and Oracle platform teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.The ideal candidate combines Oracle Cloud expertise with experience in AI, workflow automation, integrations, and application development.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:Design, configure, and support Oracle AI Agents and Agentic ApplicationsPartner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into AI-enabled solutionsDevelop and maintain workflow agents, prompts, actions, and business process automationsConfigure integrations using Oracle APIs and related technologiesTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to agent behavior, data access, security, and performanceSupport solution testing, deployment, and production stabilizationCollaborate with architecture, security, and governance teams to ensure compliance with enterprise standardsAssess new Oracle AI capabilities and identify opportunities for adoptionCreate and maintain technical documentation, standards, and implementation guidesMentor team members and contribute to development best practices You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience5+ years of Oracle Cloud experienceExperience with Oracle AI Agent Studio, Oracle Fusion AI capabilities, or similar AI platformsExperience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or conversational AIExperience with REST APIs, integrations, and workflow automationExperience supporting enterprise applications in production environmentsProven solid analytical and problem-solving skillsProven excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications:Oracle Cloud certificationsOracle HCM experienceOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experienceExperience with Git, source control, and modern software development practices*All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter PolicyPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
