Product Manager

Job Description: We are Omnissa!
Omnissa is the first AI-driven digital work platform, built to support flexible, secure, work-from anywhere experiences. We integrate industry-leading solutions-including Unified Endpoint Management, Virtual Apps and Desktops, Digital Employee Experience, and Security & Compliance-into a seamless, autonomous workspace that adapts to how people work. Our platform boosts employee engagement while optimizing IT operations, security, and cost.
Guided by our Core Values-Act in Alignment, Build Trust, Foster Inclusiveness, Drive Efficiency, and Maximize Customer Value-we're growing rapidly and committed to delivering meaningful impact. If you're passionate about shaping the future of work, we'd love to hear from you. At Omnissa, we are committed to maintaining a fair, consistent, and secure hiring process for all candidates. As part of this approach, we use standard interview and verification practices designed to ensure alignment and protect both candidates and the organization. These practices are applied thoughtfully and with respect for candidate privacy. What is the opportunity? Omnissa is seeking a Product Manager to run day-to-day product management for Workspace ONE Launcher and support the go-to-market motion for our frontline worker portfolio. Frontline is where device management stops being an IT abstraction and becomes the shift itself: a nurse at a workstation cart, a warehouse picker on a shared rugged handheld, a retail associate on a checkout tablet. You'll own the backlog for the application those workers touch every shift, work directly with engineering to ship it, and partner with Product Marketing and the field to bring it to market. You'll report to the product leader for the Google & Frontline portfolio and work alongside a senior PM on portfolio strategy, giving you a defined scope to own and room to grow into broader product direction. Here is a breakdown:
Travel Expectations: 5% - expect to travel to occasional conferences and customer visits.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. Compensation: The typical base salary for this role is between USD $124,000 - $180,000 per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors. In addition to competitive compensation, Omnissa offers a variety of benefits such as employee ownership, health insurance, 401k with matching contributions, disability insurance, paid-time off, growth opportunities, and more. Omnissa is an Equal Employment Opportunity company and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any Kind:
Omnissa is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity and to providing a work environment free of discrimination and harassment. All employment decisions at Omnissa are based on business needs, job requirements and individual qualifications, without regard to race, color, religion, ancestry, ethnicity, national, social or ethnic origin, sex (including pregnancy), age, physical, mental or sensory disability, HIV status, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, marital, civil union or domestic partnership status, past, present, or prospective service in the uniformed services, family medical history or genetic information, family or parental status, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations in the locations where we operate. - Write Epics and user stories with precise, testable acceptance criteria, and groom the backlog with engineering to keep sprints loaded and unblocked.
- Contribute to the frontline roadmap by researching customer requirements, sizing opportunities, and recommending prioritization to the portfolio product leader.
- Partner with UX on Launcher end-user and administrator workflows, reviewing designs against Material Design standards and real frontline usage conditions such as gloved hands, low light, and offline devices.

- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to author accurate customer-facing content.
- Collaborative working style, with a track record of driving work forward across teams you don't own.
- Data-driven approach to prioritization, with experience using product analytics or usage telemetry.
- Hands-on experience with Workspace ONE UEM or a comparable enterprise endpoint management platform.
- Exposure to frontline verticals such as retail, healthcare, logistics, transportation, or manufacturing, including shared device and shift-based work patterns.
- Familiarity with rugged device ecosystems or Android OEM programs.
