Marketing Data Analyst

Compensation Annual Salary: $55,869.00 - $75,427.00 Position Summary As the Marketing Analyst you will partner with the Marketing Analytics team to deliver actionable insights on marketing activity performance. Your focus will be on reporting, enabling the marketing team to self‑serve analytics, and supporting advanced analytics functions such as nuanced forecasting. Key Responsibilities Consult with the marketing team to translate data needs into reports and self‑service tools. Develop dynamic dashboards and reports to increase understanding of performance across marketing and cross‑functional teams. Ensure data integrity and accuracy of all reports and dashboards. Collaborate with internal and cross‑functional data partners to secure necessary data for reporting. Apply knowledge of university business processes, marketing and enrollment cycles to support insight creation. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field (preferred). Experience: 2+ years in marketing analytics, data science, data management or analytical roles; experience in higher‑education is a plus. Technical Skills: Data mining, Excel, R, SQL, SAS, Tableau, Cognos, Birst, DOMO, Microsoft Power BI. Analytical Skills: Ability to extract data, build dashboards, integrate multiple data sources, and apply data warehousing tools. Business Acumen: Understanding of marketing analytics, frameworks, and the analytic needs of marketing teams. Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; ability to explain complex data insights to diverse audiences. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively within a diverse, fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Professionalism: Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and committed to a service‑oriented mindset. Location & Travel Remote, USA. Up to 10% travel may be required.
