We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to help bring our projects—and customer experiences—to the next level.

???? What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll support our Project Managers on both new and active projects—and even take the lead on smaller ones. Y our role is hands-on, fast-paced, and customer-facing. You’ll wear many hats, including problem-solver, coordinator, and quality control specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers and subcontractors on-site to ensure smooth operations
• Help manage timelines and keep projects on track
• Order, pick up, and return materials as needed
• Communicate daily with vendors, subs, and homeowners
• Assist with collecting payments and closing out jobs
• Ensure all work meets MRI’s quality standards and insurance carrier guidelines
• Document everything clearly in our CRM with notes and photos
• Conduct final walk-throughs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain clean, organized job sites

• $45,000–$65,000 salary based on experience

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with CRM software
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Able to climb ladders and inspect roofs
• Basic knowledge of roofing and siding best practices
• General construction knowledge
• Must be able to pass a background check 
• Clean driving record

Preferred Experience:

• 1–3 years in the construction or insurance restoration industry
• Familiarity with exterior residential construction
