Creator & UGC Performance Manager

This is a FULL-TIME, IN OFFICE position in Boca Raton, Florida. This is NOT a remote or hybrid role. You will work from our Boca Raton Office Monday through Friday alongside our marketing and creative teams. If you're looking for remote work, this position is not the right fit. About Sterling Forever Sterling Forever is a 10‑year‑old jewelry brand that’s aggressively scaling its direct‑to‑consumer business. We create jewelry that looks and feels like fine jewelry—without the luxury price tag—and sell through our website, Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, TikTok Shop, Good Morning America, The View, and other major retail partners. We’re building one of the strongest creator and performance creative programs in the jewelry industry, and we’re looking for someone who wants to own a major part of that growth. This isn’t a corporate marketing job. We’re a founder‑led company that moves quickly, tests constantly, and expects everyone on the team to make a measurable impact. About the Role As our Creator & UGC Performance Manager , you’ll own our creator program from end to end. This is far more than an influencer management role. You'll recruit creators, coach creators, write scripts, develop creative concepts, review content, provide detailed feedback, manage revisions, identify winning creative, and help produce Meta ads that generate millions of dollars in revenue. You’ll become the primary point of contact for our creator network and will build genuine relationships that lead to better‑performing content and long‑term partnerships. You’ll work directly with our Founder, AI Performance Creative Strategist, Influencer Partnership Manager, Meta Media Buyer, photographers, videographers, and editors every day. If you love performance marketing, consumer psychology, and building creator relationships, you’ll thrive here. This Is NOT a Typical 9-to-5 Creators don’t work 9-to-5. Neither does this position. Creators film on weekends. Creators have questions at night. Creators forget deadlines. Creators need feedback before posting. Creators live in different time zones. If you’re the type of person who turns work off at exactly 5:00 PM every day, this is not the right position for you. This role requires someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and understands that creators communicate at all hours, 365 days a year. That doesn’t mean you’re working 24 hours a day—it means you’re highly responsive, flexible, and understand the pace of modern creator marketing. If that sounds exhausting, this probably isn’t the role for you. If it sounds exciting, you’ll probably love working here. What You’ll Do Own Sterling Forever’s Creator & UGC Program from end to end. Recruit and onboard new creators every week. Manage a growing roster of UGC creators, influencers, affiliates, and content partners. Build long‑term relationships with creators through constant communication. Communicate daily through text, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, email, Slack, and phone. Write compelling UGC scripts, hooks, concepts, and creative briefs every day. Coach creators before they film to maximize ad performance. Review every piece of submitted content and provide detailed, actionable feedback. Coordinate revisions until content is approved for paid media. Stay ahead of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta creative trends. Brainstorm new creative testing ideas every week. Organize creator deliverables, timelines, and usage rights. Manage creator outreach using platforms such as Euka AI, ShopMy, TikTok Shop, and other creator‑management tools. Help grow and optimize our TikTok Shop Affiliate Program. Work directly with our AI Performance Creative Strategist and Meta Media Buyer to identify winning creative and quickly eliminate underperforming concepts. Collaborate with photographers, videographers, editors, and designers to continuously improve creative performance. Help build one of the best‑performing creator programs in the DTC jewelry industry. What We’re Looking For 5+ years managing creators, influencers, affiliates, or UGC programs. Experience working in‑house for a consumer or DTC brand. Strong understanding of Meta advertising and performance creative. Hands‑on TikTok Shop experience. Excellent copywriting and scriptwriting skills. Outstanding communication skills. Highly organized with exceptional project‑management abilities. Comfortable managing dozens—or even hundreds—of creator relationships simultaneously. Comfortable providing direct, constructive creative feedback. Passionate about social media, consumer psychology, and performance marketing. Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve efficiency and creative quality. Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with constantly shifting priorities and tight deadlines. Bonus Points Experience using Euka AI. Experience using ShopMy. Existing relationships with creators in the jewelry, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle space. Experience editing short‑form video. Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or Motion. Experience working alongside Meta media buyers. Strong understanding of CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CPA, ROAS, and MER.
