Director of Nursing

Sequoyah Pointe Living Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as our Director of Nursing. If you’re passionate about developing clinical teams, delivering exceptional resident care, and leading with integrity, we’d love for you to join our team. Leadership Responsibilities Direct, oversee, and evaluate all nursing personnel. Set objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department. Organize and coordinate admission, nursing, and patient care procedures. Partner with the interdisciplinary team to promote the highest standards of resident care. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations. Previous long-term care experience. Current CPR/BLS certification.
