Job Title: Project Manager Location: Remote (EST / CST Hours) Employment Type: 6M Contract + Extensions / Conversion Base pay range $50.00/yr - $55.00/yr Requirements: 7+ years of project management experience Experience with process-oriented improvement projects Experience working with Business Leadership, including VP level and occasionally Senior VP Experience with Rational Team Concert or similar tools (e.g., Jira, Rally) Budgeting/financial experience managing daily allocations of $1 million+ Ability to translate technical requirements into business needs across different LOBs Ability to analyze process flows, identify pain points, and suggest solutions Risk mitigation and reporting skills for upper-level stakeholders Soft Skills: Team culture fit Excellent communication skills Independence and resourcefulness Experience working with VP and Sr VP interactions and materials Strong project management skills (scheduling, milestones, risk management) Comfort with ambiguity Skills in driving process improvements, roadmaps, and prioritization Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders Preferred Skills: Experience in Healthcare, especially Medicare Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Support a large health insurance client across 10-12 work streams by reviewing and improving business processes, negotiating with groups, defining necessary changes, and driving project roadmaps with metrics for progress.
