Sales & Education Executive

Summary The Sales & Education Executive drives business development across a specific market by executing brand programs at open-sell retailers such as Sephora and Ulta. The role focuses on achieving sales targets and CRM benchmarks, developing Brand Ambassadors, and elevating the retail client experience through regular in-store presence. The position works cross-functionally and supervises Market Leads, Selling Specialists, and Freelancers to maximize market performance. Responsibilities Develop and execute territory plans to achieve and exceed sales goals, market share, rank and penetration. Analyze market trends and prioritize initiatives with the Area Manager to maximize business opportunities. Collaborate with retailers and internal partners to enhance CRM, assortment, inventory and omni-channel client experience. Ensure consistent brand image, product launch execution and visual merchandising at retailer counters. Manage budgets, staffing and profitability, optimizing Selling Specialist productivity and ROI. Lead, coach and motivate Brand Ambassadors, Freelance associates and store teams; recruit and develop talent. Roll out training, conduct field visits and provide hands‑on coaching using side‑by‑side selling techniques. Requirements 5+ years of sales management and people leadership experience in a retail environment; luxury or cosmetics experience preferred. Proven makeup artistry skills or demonstrable ability across diverse skin tones; strong fragrance category knowledge. Experience developing and coaching retail teams, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Analytical and strategic thinking with proficiency in digital tools and business applications (Outlook, Excel, Power BI, Teams). Excellent verbal and written communication in English; social media presence (TikTok, Instagram) preferred.
