Location Chicago Address Chicago, Illinois Employment Type Full time Department People Compensation $135K – $160K • Offers Equity About the Role We’re looking for a Senior People Partner to join our team, partnering closely with Senior Leaders across North America to embed ‘Best for Perk’ people strategies. The role is for someone who balances commerciality with dedication to colleague experience in a hyper‑growth environment, reports to the Strategic People Partner, Revenue, and leads and develops a People Partner. What you’ll do Be a trusted partner to VP, Sales (NAM), VP Supplier Partnerships and VP, AmTrav: Work closely with revenue teams to define, deliver, and embed people strategy, bring insight, challenge and clarity to business decisions, handle ambiguity, and drive confidence across the organization. Lead and grow your own team: Manage and develop a People Partner, set priorities, provide guidance and coaching, and drive success through the team. Drive high performance at scale: Define what great looks like, co‑create better ways of working, and enable leaders to lead with confidence, clarity and accountability. Build the foundations for growth: Partner with Revenue Leadership and supporting teams such as Compensation, People Operations, and Revenue Operations to review role scope and compensation frameworks aligned to evolving business objectives. Champion employee experience: Shape the employee experience, listen to feedback, and build a high‑performance culture that people want to be part of. Lead through change: Partner leaders through fast‑paced change with empathy and structure, ensuring colleagues feel valued and stay connected to the mission. Data‑first mindset to make better decisions: Use people insights to create and test hypotheses, diagnose challenges or opportunities, track progress, and measure impact. What success looks like Successful project delivery that drives business impact and aligns with priorities. Partner with senior leaders to build a high‑performing, values‑led culture that supports growth. Coach and influence senior stakeholders to improve results and employee experience. Equip managers and leaders to drive performance, engagement and team development throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Embed people strategy into day‑to‑day business decisions. Maintain healthy people metrics such as engagement, churn, absence, and performance. What you’ll bring Experience as a Senior People Partner in Sales/Revenue or emerging products in fast‑growing tech companies. Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leaders. Proven global experience in a centralised operating model, with North America a must. Deep understanding of organisational design, high performance culture, leadership development and change management. A coaching mindset and excellent communication skills, knowing when to challenge and when to support. A commercial approach to people work focused on impact, data, action and balancing colleague experience. Experience designing, delivering, and measuring training programmes for leaders. Compensation Compensation for this role is a combination of salary and stock options, with an anticipated base salary range of $135,000 - $160,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on specific qualifications, experience, and other job‑related factors. How We Work We operate on an IRL‑first approach with in‑person collaboration 3 days a week, requiring the role to be based within commuting distance of our hubs.
