Employee parking will be provided. In this position you can expect to work Monday–Friday, standard business hours. This role supports mandatory on‑call emergency operations that may happen during nights, weekends, and holidays. All scheduling is subject to adjustment and is based on operational needs. What You'll Do We are seeking highly skilled, self‑motivated team players with outstanding relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and negotiating skills to perform duties in contracts and be the face of the airport to many vendors and contractors. The Contract Administrator (CA) will manage and monitor contract requirements and performance within the O&M Contract Administration Department, ensuring compliance with contract terms, city ordinances, and DEN rules and regulations. Develop scope of work, program development, contract management, and contract negotiations for contracts related to janitorial, window cleaning, and maintenance services. Work in a fast‑paced environment with groups such as the Office of Economic Development, contractors, federal governing agencies, Business Management Services, Finance, and other internal and external divisions. Train with other Contract Administrators to learn DEN's processes for preparing and executing change orders, schedule of values, auditing invoices against professional service contracts, and performing daily document control for a variety of professional services contracts. Ensure contract requirements are aligned with current industry best practices. Develop, document, and establish policy for all necessary contractual parameters, including types of vendors and services, space allocation, and construction requirements as related to the Airport Services department. Act as a liaison to the City Attorney’s Office and the Business Management Services office. Follow prospective contracts throughout the Request for Proposal, contracting, and close‑out processes, and coordinate actions for breach of contract situations. Coordinate with contractors to ensure that pay applications and payments are accurate and processed promptly, including staff and time reports and completing required forms. Track and respond to market changes, work with stakeholders, determine operational or other efficiencies for improving performance, and prepare reports and recommendations for management. Coordinate regularly with program administrators, contract staff, and other departments to identify, lead, and support new traditional and non‑traditional methods for program management and growth. Negotiate the final terms of contracts, develop expenditure agreements, and manage contracts of specific vendors, professional services, or construction projects. Coordinate work with Project Managers to establish performance schedules and monitor metrics. Provide technical guidance to staff and contractors, recommend, and coordinate the implementation of policies and procedures. #J-18808-Ljbffr
