The Logistics Operations Specialist (LOS) will synchronize multiple processes provided by our sales, operations and administrative teams. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a best‑in‑class customer experience. The LOS provides operational oversight to ensure efficient outcomes for our partner carriers, shippers and consignees. Successful execution for multiple transactions that occur simultaneously within the USF network will be instrumental in achieving sustained growth.
