ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm Claim Representative, giving me valuable experience helping customers through some of life's most challenging moments.

Serving our community is at the heart of what we do. I'm a Life Member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and our agency is actively involved in local initiatives, including supporting a teen driver safety program at a local high school and sponsoring local hospital employees.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Natacha Jocelyn - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
