We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your sales skills and work towards business ownership within the State Farm network. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Providing personalized insurance and financial solutions to meet clients' needs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong desire to pursue a career in sales with the goal of business ownership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior sales experience is a plus but not required.
