ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I've been a State Farm agent in Germantown, MD for four years, but this community has been home for much longer - I lived here for 14 years and even went to high school here. Before opening my agency, I spent seven years as a bank manager and, before that, managed a health club in Gaithersburg. With about 20 years of experience in sales and customer service, I understand the importance of consistency, hard work, and building genuine relationships.

Our team of six shares that same philosophy - that anyone can achieve their goals with dedication and the right mindset. We focus on coaching, development, and accountability. I'm looking for someone coachable, willing to learn, and ready to take action. Skills can be taught, but drive and a positive attitude are what truly lead to success.

We offer 10 personal days off, a local gym membership, salary plus commission and monthly bonuses, as well as quarterly bonuses that can total around $6,000 per year. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Miguel Malca - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish (required).

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
