Design and adapt dynamic plans of care in close collaboration with patients and their families, ensuring every treatment phase aligns with the patient’s evolving needs. Guide treatment safety and quality by directly supervising Physical Therapy Assistants, students, and support staff, fostering a collaborative, patient-first team environment. Evaluate patient progress continuously to celebrate milestones, refine therapeutic techniques, and ensure optimal recovery outcomes. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Physical Therapy (PT) license credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Drivers License preferred. Education Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree OR Doctorate preferred.
