The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across various media platforms while maintaining brand consistency and meeting project deadlines. This role is expected to provide design support on-site for several Sixthman events throughout the year.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate original designs for print and digital media, including merchandise designs, websites, on-site signage, and social media graphicsDevelop original artwork and illustrations to support various design projectsSupport brand development projects, including visual identity creation and brand guideline establishmentDevelop visual concepts that communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumersMaintain and evolve existing brand guidelines and visual identity standardsCollaborate with multiple teams to create cohesive campaigns across multiple channelsTechnical SkillsProduce high-quality designs using industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Prepare files for print production and digital distributionEnsure designs are optimized for various platforms and formatsStay current with design trends, techniques, and technologiesProject ManagementManage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesWork closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand project requirementsPresent design concepts and incorporate feedback effectivelyRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field OR equivalent professional experience5-7 years of professional design experienceProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skillsUnderstanding of typography, color theory, and layout principlesKnowledge of print production processes and web design basicsProven track record of meeting tight deadlines and working independentlyPreferred QualificationsStrong illustration skillsAbility to create original artworkSkills & AttributesExcellent visual design skills with attention to detailStrong communication and presentation abilitiesAbility to work independently with strong time management skills and capability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyCreative problem-solving capabilitiesAdaptability to changing priorities and feedbackProfessional reliability and responsiveness to client communicationApplication RequirementsUpdated portfolio showcasing relevant design workResume/CVAvailability and preferred project types
