Machine Operator – Lawrence, KS

12-Hour Shifts | Day and Night Openings | $18.70–$25.50/hr + Overtime Opportunities

Pay & Schedule

• $18.70 – $21.75 per hour (based on experience and shift)
• Overtime pay up to $32.62 per hour
• 12-hour shifts available for both  day and  overnight schedules
• Temp-to-hire positions with full-time potential

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment or product issues promptly
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate documentation of production and maintenance activities
• Follow all safety and quality procedures to uphold manufacturing standards

Qualifications

• Previous  machine operation or manufacturing experience
• Comfortable working with various tools, controls, and equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Physically capable of meeting job demands
• Reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Basic  computer proficiency for production tracking and reporting
