Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Physical Therapist, your core responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one patient care, developing personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of individual needs and progress.
• Adhering strictly to regulatory guidelines including HIPAA and Medicare policies, ensuring that all documentation related to clinical services and patient interactions is accurate and timely.
• Effectively communicating with patients, their families, and fellow healthcare providers to construct a cohesive treatment plan and foster understanding of treatment goals.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and demonstrating extensive clinical knowledge in all patient interactions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to maximize recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work primarily with a diverse patient population, including adults recovering from surgical interventions, injuries, and chronic conditions. Familiarity with pediatric patients is also valuable, as we aim to provide comprehensive care for all age groups. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid Florida Physical Therapist License.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate degree is preferred for advanced clinical responsibilities.
• Over one year of clinical experience within an acute care hospital or rehabilitation setting.
• Proficiency in trigger point therapy techniques, along with a solid understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
• The ability to work effectively with a variety of patient demographics, including pediatrics.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with additional certifications or specialized training in areas such as orthopedics, geriatrics, or neurological rehabilitation will stand out. Compensation and Benefits
