Our Fort Lauderdale office is the strategic hub for the U.S. market, and we are looking for a Sales Coordinator to bridge the gap between a signed contract and a successful delivery.

You aren't just supporting a team, you are the anchor for our international deal flow.

Responsibilities:

• Own the sales-entry lifecycle. You don't just input data-you validate every deal term, ensuring SAP and CRM systems reflect the real-time pulse of the U.S. business.
• Monitor the journey of every order. You'll be the "source of truth" for the sales team, providing constant updates on order status and shipment timelines.
• Track high-value shipments across international borders, navigating the complexities of global trade to ensure the supply chain remains uninterrupted.
• Manage the critical flow of export/import documentation. You are the final line of defense to ensure every file is compliant and accurate.

Skills:

• Previous experience in Logistics, Purchasing, or Supply Chain is essential.
• High proficiency in SAP and Excel (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs); you enjoy the logic of a well-organized spreadsheet.
• Must be fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ready to contribute to a high-velocity team.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• You are the "Gatekeeper" for our system ( SAP ). You'll enter orders and track inventory, making sure there are zero mistakes from start to finish.
• You don't just enter data; you make it useful. You'll use VLOOKUPs and Macros to create simple reports and dashboards that show how the business is doing.
• You'll be the bridge between our sales team, our production plants, and our shipping partners to make sure everything stays on schedule.
• You will keep a close eye on shipments and give real-time updates to our customers and the Sales Director so they are never left wondering.
• You will prepare and check important documents like Invoices and Shipping papers. Accuracy is the most important part of this job.
• When a price is wrong or a delivery is delayed, you step in to fix it. You solve small headaches before they become big problems for the company.

• Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred to navigate our global network, though not strictly required if your logistics experience is elite.
