Genesiscareers is hiring a Maintenance Director for our nursing centers. The role emphasizes safety, comfort, and well-maintained surroundings, reporting to the Nursing Home Administrator. Responsibilities include repairing electrical, plumbing, and climate control systems; supervising maintenance staff; maintaining fire alarm and generator systems; keeping records and budgets; and remaining on-call 24/7.
