Confidential Executive Search Opportunity – Principal / Director Recruitica is representing a highly established global executive search and leadership advisory firm that is looking to add an experienced executive search professional to its US business. This opportunity is suited to someone already operating within retained executive search who wants greater access to senior-level mandates, an established global platform and the opportunity to build meaningful long-term client relationships. The Role You would join at Principal / Director level, working on senior executive and leadership mandates while continuing to originate and develop client relationships. The position can be shaped around your existing sector expertise and network, with particular interest in professionals operating across areas such as: Private Equity and portfolio companies Technology Industrial / Manufacturing Aerospace & Defence Professional Services Consumer Board and C-suite appointments What We’re Looking For Current or recent experience within retained executive search Strong exposure to C-suite, Board or senior leadership mandates Evidence of business development, client origination or account growth Ability to manage executive-level client relationshipsExperience delivering retained search assignments from origination through execution Established market credibility within a specialist sector or functional area Particularly Relevant Backgrounds Principal, Director, Managing Director, Partner, Senior Consultant or equivalent professionals from established executive search firms or high-quality boutiques.
